30 days consultancy up

Hi,

My 30 days consultancy was up last week (Tuesday or so) and we didn't hear anything about my dept other then an employee brief stating our Dept is still at risk. (which was briefed to every on site employee)

How long can it go on after the 30 days or are we in Limbo until someone makes a decision?

There is no time limit.

Not necessarily. It depends on how long. If there is a significant delay, then it is reasonable to expect a further consultation. There's case law on this but I can't recall it right now off the top of my head. But we are talking months, not days.
