I've received a Notice of Intended Prosecution of a speeding offence (57mph in a 50mph zone) but it's addressed to Mr rather than Mrs. Is this enough of an error to get me off?

OP, the short answer is no, the long answer is if you have any questions about speeding tickets and NIPs(Notice of intended prosecution) try asking on this board, but be aware that you can't sign up using a Hotmail account.

Afraid not. There's some allowances for typos; and it's clear who they mean. You can add it to your defense but you'd be pretty brave to rely on it.0 -

Have you checked your V5c (AKA Log Book) for the vehicle, does that have Mr. or Mrs. on it?0
