This is turning out to be a complete disaster for me.

What software needs to be downloaded and where on the web site do I find it?

Cant really remember the procedure. I do remember having to put the user ID code that they wud hav sent u in the user ID box but i had to save this to a floppy disc as well as part of the procedure.

When i replaced the motherboard on my pc,,,i had to use the floppy disc to get my internet banking up and running again.

Sorry if this has confused you even more
now im back in the ring to take another swing

I'm completely confused now, maybe Northern ebanking was not meant for me.
  • Hi Shaz77,

from the link you supplied it looks like you are going to the activCard logon. try choosing the log on with e-safekey option on the left.

When you get there if you haven't downloaded the e-safekey software you'll need to do that first (there will be a message in yellow along the top of the screen, directly below the address bar)

after that you should see a first logon option.

as mentioned before you should make the back up when it offers it to you - and also you will only be able to access your account on machines you have installed the e-safekey software on.

If all else fails call your bank for more help. :o

    hope this helps
