Hi guys
I have read the Newbies section and think I have understood the advice and instruction's given but would be very grateful if an expert could confirm I understand correctly
LPS LTD issued a ticket to the windscreen at a retailer carpark today with the reason being 'parking without payment of the appropriate charge' .
From what I understand, it is suggested I wait until day 25 or 26 to put in my appeal online having already checked they are an AOS member of BPA.
Then I use the blue template suggested for this situation and appeal as registered keeper.
Is this the correct plan of action for myself?
