Hello
I had a loan from 2004 to 2009 . The paperwork shows i paid insurance of app £3k and interest additional.
I have contact details of the society involved and they still exist..is the policy too old to process a claim?

You can complain if you feel you have mis sale reasons.
To process a claim on the policy, it would need to still be in force and for you to have suffered an insured event.0
