Help - NHS Fleet Solutions issue

I have a VW leasing group car through NHS Fleet Solutions. The lease ends this week and it is due for collection on Friday.
It developed an electronic problem last week and has been in the dealership, under warranty since Friday. The dealership haven't managed to solve the issue yet.
Fleet solutions are saying that if they don't get the car back Friday I will continue to have to pay for the lease until they do get it!!!!
Is this correct?? It doesn't seem fair as this is out of my hands.
Can anyone advise?
Thanks

Hi there,
I am new to this .so apologies if I am not posting a thread how I am supposed too.
I have had a NHS fleet solutions car for almost a year,
My tax code went from 1150 to 5486, 8146 (April 2019) I am guessing this means i pay a lot more tax , this has confused me as I thought I got tax relief . But it seems that It is classed as a perk, but I pay nearly 300 a month for the car anyway. Am i right in thinking i am been charged twice.
Any thoughts pls, I have spoken to a few people that are in the same situation and didn't realise they are paying more.
Many thanks for reading and for any advice you can offer.
