POPLA - Operator evidence. How do I respond?

Options
Ok, so I have submitted my evidence and now have the response from parking Eye through POPLA. It looks like the have me on the POFA12 point, as I stupidly named myself as the driver in the original appeal!

They have sent through what looks like the seam pdf of evidence 6 times, I presume to throw me off!

I need to make some comments and have read the newbies thread, but I am a bit confused, as a lot of it is from 2015. They have sent lots of photos of the signage, bu the dates go back to 2014, so presumably I can question that? Also they have attached evidence of a landowner agreement, but it's not on headed letterhead, so is that my next point?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

put POPLA REBUTTAL into the drop down forum search box , read all recent popla rebuttals from this year only and the advice given, then look for the same issues

    look for problems with

redacted , incomplete and unsigned landowner contracts
    signage errors
    map errors
    BPA CoP failures

    etc

tailor your rebuttal from the recent short ones already submitted and adapt to suit , looking for flaws , errors, mistakes , anything that can make an assessor find in your favour on a single winning point (you only need one)

so go through it all with a fine toothcomb

Another suggestion is you could host their reply, make it nonymous (redacted), on dropbox, or equivalent, and put a link to it on here so others can help pick holes in it.

ForEngland, how many threads do you need?

That's now three threads you've started.

Will you now please delete your post from the Newbies thread too?
  • KeithP - my apologies. This is all new to me and I am just trying to get some help with it. I am happy to delete the other threads, if this is possible?

All the assistance being offered is greatly appreciated!

    Thanks,
