My husband and I are around 60 and have had multiple loans and mortgages over the last 40 years, always been employed with NHS or worked abroad,we have not kept any paperwork and can't remember any of the banks involved and don't know if we ever had PPI or similar Is it worth looking into, and where do we start!

You'd write to each lender, stating why you believe they mis sold you PPI.
It doesn't sound like you have any of that information.0 -
A bit awkward. How would you complain about the sale(s) if you don't know whether you had it or who sold it?can't remember any of the banks involved and don't know if we ever had PPI0
