I Signed up a work colleague a month ago both of us were promised £50 Amazon Vouchers within 28 Days
This date passed and since then I have been given every excuse under the sun but still no vouchers
Anybody else found this
Twenty eight days counting from the application to switch or twenty eight days from the date of transfer of supply? Transfers can take up to 35 days. A supplier is unlikely to pay out until it has a customer on supply; for example, the transfer may have been blocked/delayed by the losing supplier. This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
