Fidelity Mult Asset Allocator

I was trawling through Trustnet and came across Fidelity Mult Asset Allocator, which has a 0.28% OCF across the range. Has anyone any thoughts on these as an alternative to the usual VLS/L&G MI/HSBC global strat offerings?

I find it strange that despite Fidelity being one of the world's largest fund managers they don't even use their directly invested funds by default or as a self-select option my Fidelity workplace DC pension.

My guess is there is more margin for the Fidelity pension business if they resell me Blackrock funds due to the lower underlying fees. So if they wouldn't invest in their own funds what kind of internal view do they have of them?
