HI there. I received this letter from QDR solicitors which does not mention being a LPCC or letter before action but does threaten to pass my details to the ligation department who may look to obtain a CCJ against me and then lists the possible impacts of a CCJ. Do I accept this as a badly drafted LPCC? The letter is not even signed by someone or a solicitor, it just says yours sincerely then QDR solicitors. The signature is QDR solicitors as well. Should I send the above template by lotsofchildren123? or ignore it? it gives me 14 days to pay0

ignore it
if it says it may get passed to their litigation department etc and does not comply with the LBC PaP oct 2017 protocols, then its a debt colelctor letter sent by the debt collection section and is not a proper LBC
any rebuttals to an LBC are only done when its an official LBC that meets the correct LBC wording etc
chances are you have a debt colelctor letter on solicitor headed njotepaper, sent by the debt collector, not an official solicitors letter0
