Tesco - Chargeback

I received a call and a text from Tesco on 11.10 saying that my Monarch claim had been successful (I sent as S75 but they processed as chargeback). Does anyone know how long it should take for the refund as I still haven't received it? This is the text I received - Your dispute has been processed and refunded to your account. The retailer has 45 days to challenge this, we will contact you if this happens. Thank you.

Chargebacks are applied straight away, but may take a day or two to appear on your account.

Tesco Bank's app shows pending transactions. It's website doesn't.

My experience is that chargebacks, once successful, appear in your account within 48 hours.

I would definitely chase this up with Tesco especially since they sent you a text saying 'Your dispute has been processed and refunded to your account

Email disputes@tescobank.com and ask. Something has went wrong if it’s not showing the next day.
