I have been asked by the Land Registery to set out the full wording of form K standard restriction oreder filling the form RX1 panel 9.
Can someone tell me what to write there and how to word it, and example would be very helpful.
I need to post the form as soon as possible.
Thank you

not a clue, but there is a representative from the Land registry that posts on here. there is a thread about LR questions and he will answer you directly through that. He does pop up answering other threads but if you post in the LR thread he will definitely see it.0

Have you read
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]Standard forms of restriction are set out in Schedule 4 to the Land Registration Rules 2003. Further guidance is contained in Practice Guide 19.0 -
I'm in the same boat as you, registration of a charging order against a judgment debtor being the end of a MCOL process. Having negotiated the whole process myself which I understood to be a layman's process and designed to avoid unnecessary legal fees on relatively small debts, I am dumbfounded to know how to complete this RXI Form K which has now been returned to me for the second time because of incomplete wording. The practice guide is written for conveyancing people or solicitors and very difficult for the general public to understand. All I want to do is register a charging order against a property held in joint name by a couple, the judgment debtor being 1 part of that couple. Any help greatly appreciated0
