CEL - POC received within 14 days

Just wanted to give everyone the heads up that CEL have (I think) sent POC within the allocated timeframe
My timeline is this:-
Claim Form Date:- 10th October
Claim Form Received:- Saturday 14th October (my wife unfortunately threw away the envelope, so don't know post mark date)
POC dated 11th October
POC post marked 27th October
POC received Monday 30th October
So my maths its within the 14 days. Is that correct?

Is this your or your daughter's claim?0 -

If the original PoC (11/10) said ‘Further PoC to follow within 14 days’ and they are then received on 30/11, I didn’t have the same maths teacher as you did. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I didn’t realise this was yet another ‘Think of a question, start a new thread each time I feel like’. I’ve never seen the forum getting so out of control on this front as it has over the past few days.

pm soolin or crabman and ask her or him to merge the 2 threads
dont start any more unless its about a new separate claim or separate pcn0 -
Both, they have exactly the same timeline
I started a new thread, as I thought it relevant due to all the backdated POCs CEL are issuing0 -
I thought it was 14 days from service which is 5 days after claim form date??0

you could ring the CCBC and ask them about it , plus see when your defence must be in by
but if you had read the LOC123 CEL thread and posts by johnnersh you would know that the courts may not bother about a few days late for the POC to arrive
by all means read and maybe act on what those 2 legal eagles say, but at some point you may need to put in your defence , be it in this claim or a new claim with better POC,s that adhere to the new PaP
as for maths , read post #38 here
