How do I send a photo from an iPhone ?

Hi I’ve been trying all ways to send a mms from my iPhone to another phone ( not necessarily another iPhone ) and it keeps saying not delivered . Any suggestions please.

You probably have mms turned off in settings\messages
mms is old fashioned and costs you every time you send a message. I don’t know anyone who uses it.
As the other reply says, use email, WhatsApp, Skype, or anything but mms!

I use WhatsApp to send photos when on WiFi.

Using MMS is usually 50p and to be avoided. As you have an iPhone it will check both email address and phone number to see if it can be sent at no cost via iMessage. If the recipient isn’t an Apple user, then it will say not delivered. Press and hold the failed message and it will ask ‘Send as Text Message?’ If you select yes, if will go via SMS/MMS as appropriate.
