Am getting behind in my calculations... still need to add stuff in, probably about £15. Will do it as soon as I get time!

On the plus side, I rang work and it sounds like they are potentially much more relaxed re: flexible hours... they are going to liaise and get back to me this week. Fingers crossed!

  • Excellent news Jess - sounds like everything is starting to come together for you. :)

£25.94 MB'ing for me today. Much slower than everybody else at Swagbucks, I lack the patience for it, but have started leaving the apps running occasionally, and doing a few of the smaller daily tasks and I'm starting to build up SB's. Currently up to 729, so will be able to redeem soon.

A great start to the day here months ago I challenged our council tax band as we were in a higher band then neighbours even with much larger properties.. I researched and supplied lots of evidence including what my home would have been worth in 1991 (how they calculate bands) and today received a letter saying that they agree my band is too high and they are reducing us down by a whole band and our bill will be reduced accordingly and backdated to when we purchased the property just under 2 years ago! Being a band lower will save us £194 a year!!!!

and I complained to jus rol after buying some ready to roll pastry for a pie last week which was sticky and thin and a nightmare to use (I use it often and its not normally like this) and they sent me £3 in vouchers to apologise. Am adding the £3 to my total.

Hope the rest of the day is as profitable! :j:j:j

Big congratulations to all money makers this month. Not the easiest time of year to do it so anything anyone made is a great achievement:T:j:beer:

Commiserations and hugs to anyone having a bad time:kisses3:. Things can only get better. Onwards and upwards eh?

Snowing really hard here since first light this morning. My car looks like an igloo:eek:. Good thing I don't need to go anywhere today:j

    Stay warm and safe, everyone:coffee:

OK.. finally sorted myself out and am claiming £223.15 for the month with a small bit of interest yet to come. Not too shabby for the month.

I think the last items I went through were:
    eBay sales £12.81
    Citizenme £1.02
Curious Cat £1.01 (new app I am trialling... easy to cash out the first £1, but being screened out of most of the surveys so not sure whether I'll keep it or not. You do get 1p for trying a survey, but not really worth it if you get screened out all the time).

Must remember to relist my eBay items tonight; I forgot last Thursday! Only got a few bits and bobs left of very low value, but every little helps.
