Great to see you CBC
So sorry to hear life is tough for you at the moment. Hope all gets sorted soon. You are sorely missed on the thread but you need to do whatever is right for you at this time. Thoughts with you. X

Oh and how could I forget!!!! Been to sainsburys and made use of the double up thing on at the minute. Got a free £40 to spend in the home department and got a new quilt for my spare bedroom, a washing up brush, some veg serving dishes and a new cake tin.
Used a £12 moc as well.
They keep sending me extra points things and I added over a 1000 to my account today so will still be able to have a nice little spend in the boxing day sale.:D

I've decided to bow out of the challenge for the rest of this year as my accounting system has gone totally to pot since early October and I haven't been doing much by way of money making anyway. I'm pleased and surprised that I've passed my target for 2017, although it's always nicer to really smash it.
I'll try to have a catch-up of all the posts I missed (pages and pages of them over about 5 weeks:eek:). Massive congratulations on all your successes:beer: and big hugs and commiserations if things haven't been good for you:kisses3:.
I'll try to drop in now and again before the end of the year but will definitely be back and raring to go on January 1st:j.
Thanks for all the friendship, encouragement, advice and fun during this year:A.
Take care xxx
Yay. Great to see you CBC. You have been sorely missed on here. Hope life will treat you kindly. Pop in whenever you can as I'm sure everyone will be pleased to hear from you.

I have just come in from Sainsbury's too. Saved £53 off my shop with the double up and a moc. Used my double points for some Christmas gifts and a couple of things for me from the clothes bit and because I spent more than £10 on clothes got a 9p off a litre voucher for fuel to use too :j

I have just had an email inviting me to join a panel linked to shopandscan. Its to record any food I buy on the go or takeaways.
Anyone already do this? Ive signed up but seems a bit confusing at the moment. Will see how it goes but will be nice if it boosts my shopandscan points.
Right Im off up the wooden stairs with my night time herbal tea
