Bank with lowest fees to accept payments in USD?

Hello,
Can anyone recommend the UK bank account with the lowest fees for accepting payments in US$ please?
I've recently been having a dabble on Merch by Amazon and they send the payments in USD to a UK bank account once a month.
At the moment I am using Nationwide and they seem to be keeping a fair chunk of it.
Any advice? Thanks!
