Parking eye appeal

Hi I have appealed against a Pcn received from parking eye on the grounds that they sent it too late for the keeper of the vechicle to be liable. I made it clear in my appeal that I was not the driver of the car at the time of the alleged offence. They have now sent me an email asking who the driver of the vehicle was. I know I don't have to provide them with this information I just wanted to know whether I should reply stating that or just ignore it?
