I have called the Court today who have confirmed the case has been struck out and there is no coming back from them.
They mentioned I can still proceed with claiming costs from CEL and I am currently finalising my draft. Would I continue with the WS as if it hadn't been struck out or continue solely with the schedule of costs?

No need for a WS now, but you could include the time spent preparing one, all the calls to the court, all the hours spent looking up case law, as I said:Make the costs sum nice and large, several hours at £19 per hour (read sassi's version, who got an amazing £1500!). Keep your between £100 and £400, break everything down like sassi did, piece by piece, not vague costs, and IMHO your costs might be agreed by the Court.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
