Boiler or waste before i pay a plumber

Hi,

I have had a leak in my utility causing a bit of damage, i cant decide wether it is from the boiler or the waste as most of the damage is below the boiler but surely a drip cant cause this in a year? Roughly 100mm a day

I can obv get drip repaired but then dont wanna think ive sorted it when not. I asked a plumber who stated it is just the boiler

Any expert view be appreciated

Youve got pretty random photos there that just show wet patches. Not a clue whats caused them. Although it looks like you have a dish directlyunder the boiler and no other appliances which suggest the leak is still present even if all the other appliances are not?!

Plumbers are experts in leaks. Youve asked one who im guessing has seen the problem? My expert opinion (im expert in taking advice from experts) is that its probably the boiler (caveat being if the expert is wrong).

Id say it was easier getting a leak from a waste than a boiler. Thats not to say all wastes leak nor all boilers dont.

ETA theres quite a bit of rust on the boiler pipes, suggests something from the boiler.
