Internal Gas Pipes
Hi everyone
My daughters flat which was built around 1965 has internal gas pipes
that I think is ok but it also has beeding cavity wall insulation not sure if that should have been done. Also all the air bricks have been sealed with what looks like a clear mastic. Is this legal.
Many thanks for reading this

Yes, its legal to have gas pipes in the property. How else do you anticipate that the gas gets to the gas appliances.
As for beading in a cavity, its fine and the airbricks that have been sealed are to prevent the beading from come out.0 -
Does she have gas appliance, e.g. boiler, fire, hob etc. How is the ventilation for these?0
