Hi guys looked at the newbies posts but clear as mud . I recieved a parking charge notice from the uk cps ltd
What do i do with this obviously im not intending too pay this as i was parked in a car park at 11pm at night causing no obstruction too any buisness as the doctors was shut

I’m afraid you’re struggling if you can’t understand the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #1 is all you need to digest at this early stage. No one here will pick up your case from base 1 and explain every single step of the way.
Your choices are:
1. Spend more time and get to grips with what experts have provided in the sticky (it’s the best available anywhere) and deal with it from there.
2. Ignore it, but that could easily lead to a claim against you in the county court (and if you think basic appealing a PCN is difficult, you won’t want to be dealing with the complexities of defending a court claim)
3. Pay the damn thing - no one here would recommend that, because you will have just been scammed
4. Employ a solicitor (who we guarantee will know far, far less about private parking issues than we do) - pay him £500 to try to get you off this, and likely won’t manage it. Total cost £600!
Up to you. But just grab yourself a cuppa, settle down and slowly go through post #1 of the sticky, and slowly the curtain will rise.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
