Setting up a table on Word 2010

I am sure it is very easy but can someone tell us in simple terms how to set up a table on Word 2010. Thank you.

Haven't used Word 2010 for a few years but, if I remember correctly, it is on the Insert menu, click INSERT and one of the options is TABLE. Again, from memory, you can either draw it out until you reach the desired number of rows and columns or specify the rows and columns in the set-up.0
