Apologies in advance if this is in the incorrect section.
I recently rented an air bnb property in Ireland and the host has kindly sourced me a book on the local area that was in the cottage.
It is isn't clear on the paypal site or at least not to me whether or not she will be charged if I use the send money to family and friends option.
It says I wont be charged but does not state about the recipient.
Any advise greatly received.

No they will not be charged. But you also have no protection if anything goes wrong.0
