I have a 10 inch Lenovo tablet with 1G of memory and 16G of storage.

How do I add memory and/or storage to my tablet please?

you won't be able to add memory but you can add storage if you have a sdcard slot

Think they have a Microsd slot which will take up to 64Gig
These can be purchased for 25 quid ish

You don't. Just as you don't add RAM to a mobile phone.

A tablet is really just a mobile phone with a bigger screen and less mobile network functionality.
