I need some advice on how to treat a Letter before Claim received from Gladstones Solicitors

    If the prescribed amount is paid within 28 days, then that is the end of the matter. Your name will not be tarnished.

    There are a number of things you might want to consider:
    1) are you sure your employer will pay the inflated amount?
    2) do you really want to fund these scammers such that they are able to continue to persecute people who are perhaps less able to afford it?


    Oh... and no, you don't have a valid defence that others were not given speculative invoices.

    THE DRIVER drove the car (hint)

    THE KEEPER received the pcn or NTK

    it reads like a witness statement in favour of the claimant at the moment

    on a public forum like this one , keep stum
