Underfloor heating and drain

Hi,
Thinking of having underfloor heating installed. However, the drain runs under part of the house that the underfloor heating will be over. This is conjuring up very expensive nightmares if the drain was ever to need repair work that needed the floor digging up (on top of new floor). Is this the case or can underfloor heating have a section cut out and replaced again 'cheaply'?
