Hi all,
I have been trying to claim back PPI on a mortgage I had years back. However the response back from Skipton Building society is that it was sold to me through a broker, and therefore they will not issue a refund even though they paid commission to the broker to sell the me the policy.
Does anyone have any ideas where I can go next with this one.
Thanks:question:

Brokers weren't regulated prior to 2005 so you have nowhere else to go.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0

Whoever sold you the policy would be liable if it was in some way mis-sold.
What's the reason for your complaint?0
