Quartz Worktop - Black Mirror Fleck, but Deep BLACK not Grey with Black Bits??

Hi Everyone, I've been a fan of this Forum for years, but this is my 1st post looking for help please.

I want Black Quartz with mirror Fleck worktops. Everybody does this right? I've been round local Suppliers and got > 10 samples from Suppliers off Ebay / Internet. In my opinion they are all dark grey with black bits of quartz.

The mirror fleck bits are fine in all of them, the black bits of quartz are fine too ... it's the resin that binds the bits together that is the problem ... its dark grey NOT black. This 'grey crazy paving effect' is more noticeable in good light, shine a good torch or sunlight (common in kitchens! :)).

I know what I want does exist as can be seen from the pics attached (LH pic - black, RH pic - 'grey crazy paving') but I don't know where I got the black sample from.

Does anybody know a Supplier of Deep Black Mirror Quartz same / similar to the Left Hand pic attached please?

Many Thanks in Anticipation of Help
GraHal

My Silestone worktop looks a bit darker than the "grey" one in your picture, but it's still not really black. I suspect it's difficult to get enough black pigment in the resin.

The quartz bits aren't really black either. They are transparent, but look darker because they create a dip in the resin.
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.
