Northan Rock PPI - no claim number

Hi
I need some help around claiming PPI against Northan Rock please

Around 10 years ago or so we had a morgage, 2 loans and credit cards with Northan Rock. The problem we have is that we binned the paperwork when we moved home 4 year's ago as we thought it was not required.

The reason we had all this with NR was we lived local to head office and when we took morgage out we were talked into consolidatin all our depth to one lender. We were young and nieave so took there advice.

We tried to start a PPI claim against NR 2 years ago but was told if we didn't have any account or paperwork then they would not be able to peruse our case. This just didn't sit well with me and what I am trying to gather is do I not have a case and should just let this go or is there a way or a company that can help?

Thank you for any help.

If you have no paperwork and NR can't find any, there's not much you can do.
CMCs have no special powers and can't magic up any data. They can't do anything you can't do yourself, you'd still need to provide them with the details.

I understand what your saying and agree but do you know of anyway I can try to retrieve this information?

Write the Bank a Subject Access Request (SAR) letter, it will cost you £10 but obliges the bank to send you all records they have on file for you. There are no guarantees, records are routinely deleted after six years.
