hope you don't intend on mass emailing...it does nothing for your reputation if one gets through most peoples spam traps....you're unlikely to get a result from someone if you can't be bothered to find out the name of the recipient
anyway...
free might be a problem....but if you go to your local government website, they usually have most businesses and firms in their area listed....you may be able to "harvest" the details and paste into a spreadsheet...better still though if you pick the businesses you want to target...bulk emailing indiscriminately hardly ever works....better still if you have a name of the person you're emailing....
good luck in your search...think you might have to do a bit of work yourself thoughI'm now a retired teacher... hooray ...:j
Those who can do, those who can't, come to me for lessons:cool:0 -
You need to be careful about emailing people as you could be breaking Data Protection Laws even if they are already customers.
I'm currently warning a English based company that will complain about them to the information commissioner if they continue to abuse my personal (not business) email address by spaming me.
I suggest that you seek out people and businesses who are interested in your product/service by networking, business link will have information about this and use networking sites. You should aslo keep current customers up todate with your business is offering but remember to allow them to opt-out. Make sure the opt-out works otherwise if you end up with someone like me I will complain about you to the Information Commissioner.I'm not cynical I'm realistic

It wasn't to be used to mass mail anyone. It was so that people could opt into receiving emails. Not to send to anyone that wasn't interested. Sorry that it wasn't clear.
