Halifax Error Keeps Occuring

When I try to log on to Halifax it keeps giving me this

"Sorry, we've had to sign you out [Error: 18.3f33dd58.1509142150.5a6e506]"

Everyone in my family gets the same message.
When I turned on a VPN to change my IP it started working. So I know this has got to be an IP error. I haven't done anything, can anyone tell me as to what is going on?

Clear your cookies out.

Stop using a saved link and type in the web site address.

Use the app.

Use a different device.

I tried all of them but still no luck.
As I said in the post it must be an IP error. I don't know what I've done for it to be blacklisted.

Reboot your router? Mine obtains a different IP address if I switch mine off. And do all of the above while its off.

Is more than one person in your home using the site when this error occurs?

I sometimes get this message. I just close down the browser and start again and that always works.

Retired at age 56 after having "light bulb moment" due to reading MSE and its forums. Have been converted to the "budget to zero" concept and use YNAB for all monthly budgeting and long term goals.
