I booked a last min stay in Blackpool, I booked a B&B/Hotel called Grand Beach Hotel when I arrived there were 2 set of guests complaining, when I got my keys I went back to my room to find a couple in bed it turned out it was not my room and they gave me the wrong keys, when I finally got to my room it was not fit for purpose, the smell was terrible, holes in the walls, bare wires hanging out the lights, yellow stains on the sheets, paint peeling off the walls, the whole room was damp, I just could not stay there, I asked for a refund, which he ended up threatening to throw me through the reception window,
so no refund, how could I start to get a refund, if you look on the booking site none of the pics look like the real place, i did pay with a credit card so not sure if that's in my favour. just some pics
