PCN received through post for overstaying 20 odd minutes at Wembley Stadium retail park. I have sent Currys a receipt of the £500 we spent in store, its going around circles to get that cancelled via them.

Regrettably I misread and though it was 28 days to appeal, it was 21 - sent the blue template a few days late of 21 days due to this (IPC member).

Response back is of course the usual horsecrap and that I somewhat obliged (coughs) to pay, now I assume its over to Debt collectors etc etc, so I just ignore from now?

PS - hopefully Currys will come back if not I guess it an email to their CEO.

as you say , its at deadlock, unless the landowner gets it cancelled

IGNORE the debt collectors

come back if you get an LBC or an MCOL within 6 years

Please share if there is any further update on your PCN, I had one in Oct 2017 but never responded at any stage and now they have sent a notice of intention to court action.

I was only couple of minutes overstayed and was hoping they will let it go but they haven't.

A few weeks ago I spent a similar amount in PC World, three large items and a service contract. I am a trade account holder, and it took ages for them to process the documentation.

I see that there is an Ikea in the complex, I could spend hour in there alone.
