Hi,
*Legal fees around £900 but depends, just remember you get what
you pay for.
*Stamp duty 1%
*Mortgage arrangement fees (unless you've added to mortgage)
*Deposit
*Removals (no idea im afraid, never had to pay anyone to do it)
*Survey fees (unless added to mortgage)
*Additional surveys if req'd (gas and elect main ones)
Oh and dont forget to budget for any overlaps in gas/elect/water bills. You may get bills for your last month at the old property once they do meter readings. Make sure you take the readings yourself when you leave and inform the companies yourself (dont rely on new owners to do it or be honest on the readings!!)
Hope that helps and good luck with the move.

I saved a fortune on conveyancing by using Abode Conveyancing. They put me onto Beaumont Legal - they charged £225 for selling and £225 for buying + vat. Saved about £1200 on my local solicitors prices. They were very good too, once Dean at Beaumont took over my case.0
