Hi,
My son has been issued with a Parking charge notice from CPM UK car park management through the post for apparently being liable for a parking charge. ( unauthorised parking)
They have issued a PCN Ref No and want to charge £60. If he does not pay within 14 days it is then £100.
He has often parked in this location for the past 2 years when he is at the gym and never had a problem. Not sure who owns the land but other vehicles always park here.
Can you advise if he should pay please.
