When you rang did you ask if a decision has been made?

Yes, both times I rang they told me no decision had been made yet and I was told two
different time frames for when it would be resolved. The first person I spoke to said up to 4
weeks, the second said 2 months or perhaps even longer.

There's no time scales because it depends on the backlog in your area.

So now you know, no decision has yet been made, and as we have told you there is no timescale for decisions, however you are -generally speaking- looking at up to 10 weeks from the date of your assessment. As mentioned in post #12

Did you have a Fit Note due for renewal? If so, if it's clear from the assessors report that you will qualify for ESA (even though the group hasn't been officially decided) they sometimes text you to advise no new Fit Note is needed.

Yes when they texted me to tell me I'd passed the medical they also said I would no longer
be required to provide them with sick notes.
