Win 10 laptop no longer shows Update History

Just curious about this.
In the past, I've been able to go to Settings/Update and Security/Update History and see a list of updates and the date they were installed.
When I do that now, there is no list.
The laptop does seem to be downloading stuff - yesterday I saw a lot of activity using Task Manager and just now something called Microsoft Compatibility Telemetry is running.
Any idea what's going on?

If it has downloaded and installed the Fall update then update history will be empty as it is effectively a new build0

Edit: Never mind, I found out. I have Version 1703 OS Build 15063.540
Is that the Fall update?

Thanks. How can I tell whether I have the Fall update? I'm sure I knew how to do this but I can't remember.0 -
