hi
I am after some guidance on the best place to go for a separate outbuilding insurance policy to insure my hobby equipment as my home insurance policy wont cover the value, I have spoken to them and they cant do it.
the value is up to about £20,000 cover.
the outbuilding is a converted brick built garage that is only accessible form the garden via a locked side door.
ideally id just want a separate policy if I can get one
can anyone point me in the right direction/company
thanks in advance for your help

So you have a miniature arsenal? Do you belong to a club? They may know of a suitable insurer, otherwise try a broker. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
