Credit card recommendations

I'm looking for a credit card with:
1) No foreign transaction fees
2) Visa/MC (no Amex)
3) Decent reward system -- I'm flexible whether it's cashback, air miles, some other points scheme
3a) That isn't for the first couple of months only.
4) No/minimal annual fee, unless the value of the rewards/card perks is more than the annual fee

I think you'll need to choose between 1) and 3).

Aqua reward is the only one I can think of that combines both but obviously has significant limitations.

All rounders tend to not be 'best buys' for anything. You are often better with two or more cards for different purposes.

Nationwide Select is my favourite multi-purpose card. No foreign transaction fees (doesn't cover cash withdrawal though) and 0.5% cashback on all UK spend.
