Hi,
Is anyone having problems with RMG with regards to inaccurate budget statements, historic clerical errors, sudden rent arrears, inconsistent direct debits, money taken without prior notice, threats of bailiffs and unco operative customer service?
We are a group of residents in Bristol of 20 plus in number. We are part of a shared ownership scheme originally contracted with Places for People. PfP have put RMG in charge of out oart rents and service charges. We are all experiencing a number of the above issues and being put under inbelievable stress due to this incompetent company. We are hoping to take a stand and pursue a case against them.
Please get in touch if you are in their clutches.
Jess

Hi
We seem to be having a problem on our estate (Kennet Heath, Thatcham) where RMT have failed to issue an invoice or follow up letter for 2017-18 and instead just sending us a final request for payment with overdue charges of £34 automatically applied. Those concerned haven!!!8217;t opted into paperless so seems a problem at RMG!!!8217;s end in that they haven!!!8217;t issued the two letters they quote have been sent. The letter threatens referral to a debt collection agency if not paid within 7 days and additional charges in excess of £34....be aware :-(0 -
