Hi,
I was involved in a car accident where I was the passenger. I have sustained injuries including broken bones. I am looking to claim compensation against the drivers insurance. I was wondering what claims company would be best to use as I don't really want to pay out a lot. Could anyone give me any advice, it would be very appreciated!
Thank-you!!

Three possibilities:
Does your household insurance cover legal fees?
In the event you make a successful claim your solicitor's costs would form part of the claim anyway.
Google your local area for free advice - many solicitors offer a free initial consultation.0 -
I'll have to check about the house insurance.
Thank-you for your reply. Would you advise against the 'no win, no fee' accident companies?0 -

Personally, yes. Get free independent advice first to see what your chances of success are, from solicitors who will be able to include their costs in your claim, not take 25% of what the other party's insurance company award you.
Your local Citizens Advice centre can probably give you details of local solicitors who will give you half an hour consultation at no cost to give you an idea of how successful your claim is likely to be.0
