I'm very impressed with a company called Lily-Rose-London who sell jewellery and watches.
I ordered a necklace for my daughter which arrived damaged but my complaint was acted upon speedily, and they were very apologetic and polite.
Great customer service. :T
I've absolutely nothing to do with the company but it was so lovely not to have to 'jump through hoops' to right a wrong.
