Tesco car insurance

I found the following after cancelling my renewal (£100 more than last year, others are £100 less):

Tesco have a few options on their online application which they say are "made clear" but I dispute this.
These are:
1. They will auto renew your policy unless you select the option not to (I appreciate this is pretty standard these days)
2. They will retain your payment information to use again for renewal, unless you select not to.

I didn't see either of these as an option, maybe my idea of "made clear" is not the same as theirs.

Anyway, if you want them to remove your payment details from their system, the special email address you need (which I also couldn't find anywhere) is trudocs@tescobank.com - put your policy reference in the subject.
