Wrongly advertised mattress

Hello.
I bought few days ago mattress and bed frame from Argos.
They were doing deal if you buy bed frame you get 15% off mattress . So I bought them and after arrival I assembled bed and tried bed .
Mattress was advertised as medium firmness but after sleeping on it I've decided to check with silentnight as it didnt feel like medium and I was told it's firm.
So I came back to argos asking if I can return mattress and bed frame as it was advertised wrongly. I was told they can't take it back as it was used already .
Can anyone tell me if they can do this?
What are my options now?

Have you got a link to the mattress you chose? Firmness can be subjective and you may find it too firm, I may find the same thing medium, they do also soften with time so they will always be firmer to start with and lose some of that over time.0

Unfortunately I'm not able to post link on here.
This is product code from Argos 544/2759
If you have a look at double version there's answer from silent night team confirming it's firm bed not medium0 -

Thats not the same mattress showing for me when I enter the product code given by OP. I get this one:
http://www.argos.co.uk/product/5442759
Which differs in that it is indeed described as "medium feel" & its a kingsize where the one in your link is described as "firm feel" & a double. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
The one in the link is double version
Both of them are same line of mattress but discribe differently0 -

Did you buy the double or the king Size? The double only mentions that it is firm but the king size has both in the description in different places so one is obviously a mistake, unless there is such a thing as firm comfort with medium support. But either way both are described in some way as firm so they may well see this as a change of mind return.0 -
I have king size one.
They won't accept change of mind return as it's missing original packing and it was used So only solution for me it will be get a new mattress again or mattress topper as i won't be able to sleep on it.0 -

It will soften before long with use, we get more complaints on here about mattresses losing their firmness than being too firm.0 -
I hope it will as I woke up with back pain first time in 10 years after sleeping on this bed
It was one of the worst nights to be fair.0 -

I linked to the double as that is the one he referred to in relation to the answered question from the team.0
