Appalling after sales customer service. I received a cracked toilet cistern with a small hole in it. Took 3 days to get an initial response from Soak which I had to chase up myself. I asked to speak to a Manager and there's a 24 hr return call policy - no one available to voice my concerns to. Then Soak advised because I didn't check all 8 items received on immediate delivery it was my responsibility and not theirs, as per their terms and conditions at point of order. In addition, they argued that the cistern was damaged in transit and not faulty hence I had no consumer rights and it was nothing to do with them. They need to remind themselves their contract is with the customer and not between the customer and Soak.com's chosen courier company. Absolute horrendous experience. They need to listen to their customers, improve management availability and better response times to customer queries. My advice - stay clear of this company.
