It's not correct that everyone requires a medical.
It can take time for the information to be passed back and processed before they contact you, how long will vary according to current workload. I'd call again in a week to check if they've received your file back.0 -
Give ESA a week, then call and say that you have been told by the medical people that a decision has been made and the information sent back to ESA. Ask them how long it will be before you know the outcome. That will hopefully lead to somebody from ESA having a look for the report and getting things actioned.0

Thank you so much for the advice that's what I'll do x0

If Medical 0800 2 888777 confirms they have finalised your ESA report
Phone ESA (tomorrow) and ask for a copy of your Medical Report to be sent to you today. They cannot refuse -they most likely will not refuse, and will willingly send it to you- but some people on this board say they get refused this "until a decision has been made" but I can tell you they are not allowed to refuse to send you the medical report even before a decision has been made.
FINALLY. Your decision could take up to 8 weeks...you will have to wait, there is no point in chasing the decision.0
