Hello,
My Sky Box in the livingroom has a cable going out of the RF2 Port up to the old bedroom TV, so i can watch Sky up there. (The 'magic eye' never worked even with the RF Port switched on, so i've never been able to change channels)
Anyway I also have a Freeview Box in the livingroom, how can i send the Freeview broadcasts upstairs as well. please?

No the only lead is attached to the RF2 Port on the Sky Box.
It used to be able to send the analogue tv channels there as well.
The tv is an old CRT non digital so it only gets the Sky picture from the livingroon now.0 -
I was wondering/hoping it might just be a case of swapping the leads about on the Sky box and the Freeview box in the livingroom?0

^^ Yes that would work if your freeview box has RF out.
I didnt suggest that because i thought you were looking for a solution to having both up there0 -
You can get devices called Slingboxes that connect to TV/video sources, then stream the content over your network (or you can access via the internet if you want to watch TV on your phone, say, while you're abroad).

They've been going a while and keep coming up with newer and more expensive models, but you might be able to pick up an older model on eBay for not-very-much.
Or here's a cheaper version (£40 from Maplin -- almost certainly cheaper elsewhere).

Do you NEED the Freeview box to be in the living room? I.e. do you need it for watching Freeview on TV down there? Or is it just left over.
If you don't need it there, move it upstairs and connect as follows:
Aerial ---> SKY Aerial In
SKY RF Out 1 --> Living Room TV (for Freeview reception)
SKY Scart/HDMI Out --> Living Room Scart/HDMI in (For Sky channels)
SKY RF Out 2 --> Bedroom Freeview RF In
Bedroom Freeview RF Out --> Bedroom TV Aerial In
Bedroom Freeview Scart Out --> Bedroom TV Scart In
This will let you continue to watch the tuned Sky channel on the bedroom TV whilst also providing the aerial signal to the Freeview box, which you can locate in the bedroom, and then select using AV on the bedroom TV
IF your living room TV doesn't have Freeview built-in, so you want the Freeview box to stay there (alongside the Sky box... for some reason...), then you can achieve the same thing with the purchase of an additional Freeview box, connected as follows:
Aerial ---> SKY Aerial In
SKY RF Out 1 --> Living Room Freeview Aerial In
Living Room Freeview Scart Out --> Living Room TV Scart In 1
SKY Scart Out --> Living Room TV Scart In 2
SKY RF Out 2 --> Bedroom Freeview RF In
Bedroom Freeview RF Out --> Bedroom TV Aerial In
Bedroom Freeview Scart Out --> Bedroom TV Scart In0
