Can I switch my Halifax account for the £250 Clydesdale?

Afternoon all,

I've got 4 bank accounts:
- one main packaged account,
- second for all bills (with cashback),
- third, free and the branch is local, so I've never closed it. Handy for occasional deposits.

- and finally the fourth, one "bills" account which I've never bothered closing. In July, I've switched it for a Halifax account with the £125 incentive. I've set up 2DDs and pay in £1000+ each month for a day or two for the £3 reward. I think it's this offer.

My question is, can I switch this account to the Clydesdale £250 one, without inheriting any penalties from Halifax, as the account's been opened only for 3 months?
I understand that I am already meeting Clydesdale's other requirements with my 2DDs and topping the account up for 2 days with £1000+ monthly?

Ta!
